For our 2025/2026 brand campaign, we reimagined the universal experience of waiting. The strategic challenge was clear: how do we transform something so passive, frustrating, and often forgettable into something captivating, distinct, and uniquely ours?
We built a surreal world inside a clinic waiting room, pushing the familiar into the unexpected. Within its cramped walls we see a full barbershop, a Pilates reformer studio, and and an ill-timed romantic moment played out on a bed squeezed into the corner.
But the spectacle served a purpose.
The campaign reframed waiting as a choice. While the traditional healthcare system traps patients in stale, fluorescent-lit limbo, Felix offers an alternative. One that can be discovered in the palm of your hand. With a few taps on their phone, patients can step out of the outdated waiting room and into healthcare that meets them at home.
The message was simple: You don’t have to wait. You can take control of your health with Felix.
